Ethan Fernhaber is a flourishing entrepreneur and founder of the three sister organizations. His multiple ventures all stem from his vision to restore hope. His 4,000+ multi-family residential units are all built around a passion for people and breaking the cycle of generational poverty and hopelessness in order to bring healing and dignity.

Audra came to Helix after serving as a Project Manager for our sister organization, Renewing Management, for several years. As part of that role she oversaw several major renovation and property restoration projects involving dozens of partners and subcontractors. She's worked in multifamily construction and project management for 10 years. Previously, Audra was an elementary school teacher.

Jason Patterson provides strategic investor support to guide partners through the investment pathway. Jason is husband to Ashley, father of five, and son of The King! Jason loves to coach and mentor people and assist them in finding their value and true potential in all areas of life.

Melissa spearheads accounting at Helix. She was an "army brat" growing up and then joined the Army herself as an adult. With many years of experience in property management, she first joined sister organization Renewing Management in 2009 and then moved over to Helix soon after it launched.

Eli Marshall is a team-oriented leader who always searches for ways to add value to the community. Born and raised in central Indiana, Eli has spent time in a variety of vocations including a career firefighter, sales/marketing management, real estate development, team building/culture creation, and business ownership.

Cody Bledsoe focuses on strategy and helps align construction projects with the overall vision. With a background in construction and military service, Cody brings a strong sense of discipline and a knack for aligning people and resources toward success. He approaches challenges with the belief that anything is possible and strives to make a positive difference wherever he goes.

Jaylen assists the Helix team as a real estate financial analyst. He graduated from IUPUI with a double major in finance and real estate and has been a part of the Volumod and Renewing Management teams prior to joining Helix.

A life-long carpenter and construction worker, Tom's experience helps him oversee Helix new developments, and he loves seeing new spaces created! Tom served in the Marine Corps and comes from a large extended family, including a twin brother and five other siblings.

Amber has always worked around construction, from helping her uncle renovate houses in her youth to working in the construction supply business for several years. Renewing Management was one of her customers and eventually she joined the team working on new construction, and now a Project Manager for new developments with Helix.

Jake Rupp is a driven real estate developer and entrepreneur whose work bridges housing, community, and creativity. As Vice President of Development, he leads efforts to bring workforce and affordable housing to communities across Indiana and the Midwest, leveraging innovative financing tools and modular construction solutions.

Jennifer helps Helix and sister organizations coordinate, craft and deliver their messages. With decades of experience in writing, website design, event management, marketing deliverables and communication coaching, Jennifer is thrilled to share the story of Restored Hope through Helix and the family of organizations.
