Ethan Fernhaber is a flourishing entrepreneur and founder of the three sister organizations. His multiple ventures all stem from his vision to restore hope. His 4,000+ multi-family residential units are all built around a passion for people and breaking the cycle of generational poverty and hopelessness in order to bring healing and dignity.

Whether providing apartment homes to under-served populations, working with formerly incarcerated employees at modular home factory, Volumod, or providing equitable investment opportunities to underserved populations, Ethan sees the gifts of all people. He is a passionate follower of Christ, husband to Stephanie and father to three daughters.
