Eli Marshall is a team-oriented leader who always searches for ways to add value to the community. Born and raised in central Indiana, Eli has spent time in a variety of vocations including a career firefighter, sales/marketing management, real estate development, team building/culture creation, and business ownership.

Eli is deeply committed to helping those around him grow and experience the “life that is truly life.” His mission is to allow Christ to work through him to leave every person, situation and space better than how they were found. An eternal optimist, Eli's passion for people and love of life are contagious! He and his wife, Trista, have two children.
