Jake Rupp is a driven real estate developer and entrepreneur whose work bridges housing, community, and creativity. As Vice President of Development, he leads efforts to bring workforce and affordable housing to communities across Indiana and the Midwest, leveraging innovative financing tools and modular construction solutions. His projects are centered on providing quality homes, economic opportunity, and long-term neighborhood revitalization. His work spans adaptive reuse and ground-up development to bring transformative projects to life.

With a passion for small business, Jake also co-owns Flower Boys, an Indianapolis floral studio, and manages a residential real estate portfolio. He is an active member of The Penrod Society, supporting arts and culture across central Indiana. Jake is a passionate follower of Christ, husband to Mariana, and rarely turns down a cup of coffee. He believes in using his gifts and work to uplift people and places while honoring God in all he does.
