Volumod, founded in 2021, is a modular housing factory on the Far Eastside of Indianapolis that produces 1,000 housing units a year. Intentionally located in a neighborhood that has experienced violence and hopelessness, our mission is to produce attainable housing while impacting our workforce, 40% of whom are coming out of incarceration. Renewing Communities is the nonprofit arm of Renewing Management and exists to restore hope to our employees, residents and neighbors.
