Matt is a real estate development executive with more than 30 years of experience leading multifamily, build-to-rent, student housing, and senior housing developments across the Southeast and Midwest. His career portfolio exceeds $2.5 billion across 55 communities. Matt executes ground-up developments from planning through completion.

Graduating from Indiana State University and completing Cornell University's Executive Leadership Program refined his leadership and team management skills. Matt is married with three children and loves to travel, play the guitar, and follow his favorite sports teams.
